Unprofessional service delivery and lack of communication

Extremely unprofessional and I'm extremely not happy there service. How do you appear in someone's gate without calling the person. Have been waiting for my parcel from rain and the minute I left home to the mall, the delivery guy calls me saying his at the gate and he can not wait. Un organize service. Rude and unprofessional. I don't need you or your service ever....
