Unprofessional service!!!

I ordered a Rain sim card on 7 August 2020. The sim card was sent via Ram Hand to Hand Couriers and arrived at their hub on 12 August 2020. On Monday, 17 August, I contacted Ram to find out when the sim card would be delivered and was told that they didn’t know why it had not been delivered the previous week, but it would be delivered on 18 August. This did not happen and I contacted them again, I was told that it would be delivered on 19 August. Once again this did not happen. On 20 August, I went to ‘Track my Parcel’ and noted that the sim card had been returned to Isando. I immediately contacted them. I spoke to the manager, Deon, who could not explain what had happened. Anyway, after many phone calls from myself and my husband, Deon managed to get the sim card delivered to me on Friday, 21 August at 13h00. I gave them my ID and proof of address as requested. Up to now my sim card is still not activated. From what I understand Ram scan the RICA documents in order for the activation to take place. It seems that because I took them to task on their very bad service, they are now making me wait to RICA my sim...very unprofessional. I will NEVER use or recommend Ram Couriers to anyone.
