Unprofessional service

2nd failed delivery by RAM couriers and they have the cheek to say "the business is unavailable and no contact available" when they were informed via x2 emails that the business is closing early and they were given a contact number and alternative address. What a bunch of unprofessional *****. The service is leaving a lot to be desired and I start to think, how do they manage to remain in service.
