UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
My father received an sms and e-mail this morning from RAM as he is expecting a parcel from Vodacom. I phone RAM Call centre and spoke to Vuyelwa who reassured me that the parcel is on its way and will be delivered before 5pm today(17/02/2020) still nothing no phone call or anything g from RAM.
