Unprofessional RAN Courier

Had a very poor customer service with this company. They have been holding up my parcel for 5 days now. When I called to enquirer, the receptionist was telling me to call the driver and ask when will he deliver my parcel. The next day I called again and they asked me to drive 49kms to their offices to pick up my parcel. I paid for delivery service so I don’t understand why should I go through so much just to get my service delivered. Very bad bad company. Very unprofessional and disgusting. I am still waiting for my parcel even now

RAM Durban, no one is picking up my fone, they promised to deliver before 4pm today. And now I had to call head office in order to get through to Durban. If I don’t get my parcel today I assume that they want to use it for themselves since they already told me it’s an expensive watch!!
