Unprofessional, lack of urgency and misleading.
I have been waiting for my delivery for two days, and it has yet to arrive, despite being marked as being “out for delivery”. This parcel is urgent, and the delay is causing me significant inconvenience. I request that the company take immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure that such delays do not happen in the future. No one is responding to my emails and the live chat is useless. Do better RAM!!!

14 May 2023, 15:17I will look into it as all the affected parcels and client's we did send as much communication as possible, we get hijacked and ****** whenever there are situations like that hence we hold parcels back for safety, I will make contact with you tomorrow.
