Unprofessional Drivers!!
Ram couriers doesn't even deserve a star! I am not sure if that's how they operate or they just have drivers who are *****. I got an email that my order will be delivered today between 8 am - 5 pm. Guess what time I received the phone call... 5:57 pm! My phone didn't even ring for more than 5 seconds and when I attempted to answer, they hung up on me. I tried to call the same number and it went straight to voice mail. This is what they logged against my order "customer was not available to receive the order".
