Unprofessional Driver

Vodacom erroneously sent Ram couriers to my house for something I did not order. That is their fault, not Ram's. However, I then got two missed calls on my cell phone from the driver. Instead of leaving a message for me, he was laughing in the one and saying to someone: "Lomuntu uvalile". In the other recording, he was saying: "Angfuni ukuthatha lecollection". If he wants to phone someone and leave a message, he should do so.

His behaviour and attitude were disgusting. Please also do not send anyone back with whatever Vodacom has sent me because I will not sign for it. I never ordered anything from them.
