Unprofessional conduct and delay

The driver does not give an update. He said he would come before 5pm,at 4h50 I decided to check if he was still coming and he said he is. I asked him at what time and he said he could not give an estimate I should just wait for him.

Just before 6pm he called me and said I should rush to him and I said it was after hours so if he cannot wait for a minute or 2,he can go. I had been waiting the whole day and I felt they think they are doing me a favour.
