Unprofessional behavior from RAM

RAM notified me that they are in the process of delivering my parcel from a Cell phone company and that I must have my identification with me in order to receive it. I responded that I did not have my ID with me and asked if we could schedule the delivery for the following day. The RAM delivery guy concurred, and from the 5th to the 10th, I heard nothing from RAM until I tracked the package online using the tracking number, which indicated that the package had been returned to the Cellphone company. No one is able to explain why RAM consented to deliver the next day. to make matters worse I called them to give me a customer service email to lodge my complaint, but they gave me *** which does not work.
