unprofessional bad service

I have been contacted by digital planet to say my phone will be delivered yesterday, it was not delivered, I called Elizabeth at digital who promised I will receive delivery today, still no delivery, I have made several calls, every time i called they promised to call me back with feedback, to this time, I have not received feedback unless I call...spoke to a call center agent that advised my street name was not there on my delivery, I am so disgusted with their incompetence, could they not call me and verify the address instead of making false promises, very disappointing service, I was advised that couriers to late deliveries until 5 pm, I cant understand why they could not deliver in that time
