Unprofessional, arrogant
I was left with a bad taste on Rams delivery driver's attitude Lebo as it was very unprofessional and arrogant if this is the caliber of Rams personnel am utterly disappointed if they choose people like Lebo to carry their brand as a company to the masses . If it is I strongly advocate not to use them for deliveries as one will be left regretting to have them deliver your goods to your customers.

23 Nov 2023, 14:51To be honest Ram couriers this sounds like generic reply ,I should say that even her assistant voiced his concerns of working her. I hope that she will be able to explain as to reason of her taking photos of my property and myself.
She certainly needs help with her aggressive behavior.

To be honest Ram couriers this sounds like generic reply ,I should say that even her assistant voiced his concerns of working her. I hope that she will be able to explain as to reason of her taking photos of my property and myself.

we do not take such complaints lightly as they are representing the company always and to be treated in this manner it is unacceptable we are all clients at the end of the day and need to treat each and every client with respect.

I am glad you see the seriousness, I will be awaiting to hear from Ram, if possible, if any action was taken. As a FNB client I wouldn't want the action a 3rd party to disrupt the relationship with my bank.
