Unprofessional and unreliable

I am working from home yet you continue to tell me you have been to my place and called (I have no call or missed calls on record), no one has been round. Further I have tried to call - I am just sitting on hold. In addition I have been allocated two tickets with agents for the same query and still no solution: Pearl Mathabathe - no response Benny Mouers - closed ticket and did not give feedback re whats going on.

Shocking, now is not the time to mess up as your competitors are showing you that you are incapacitated to function. You are wasting peoples valuable time, you should sort out your operations - rather close doors if you cannot provide a service in the same way that your competitors do.
