Unprofessional and rude drivers!

The worst experience with ram hand to hand couriers. 1. I asked for a specific time slot to deliver at my workplace because I'm no longer at my workplace at a specific time. The rude driver tells me that I'm not the only person he delivers to and I'll have to wait for the time he chooses. 2. I change my address for a delivery after my working hours, the delivery was not sent on the date they gave me. The delivery was sent on a day I had a long meeting and could not get to my house at the time I asked. When I arranged with my husband and I asked my husband to take the parcel in my absence , the driver refused to give the parcel to my husband and the driver called my husband a stupid man on a phone call with me to say that he can't leave the parcel with a third party. I'm not happy with the service of ram hand to hand couriers. They are unprofessional!!! No wonder the 3000+ 1 star reviews. Please train your staff to do better.
