Unprofessional and horrible service as usual

Worst service ever from a **** driver who made a call at 14:00 and said he will call, later I realized it's getting late, I phoned and promised that he's surely coming he's still busy but he will call me ,I reported to the office later at 16:42 when I call again he's not taking my calls ,I sent sms before 16:32 ,he's a ****!!! Later I get a message that he couldn't find me due to contacts ,I'm mad because I was never raised by lies ,I hate ****S ,he lies to protect his work image ,well not to me ! Staying in rural areas doesn't mean I'm stupid!
