Unprofessional and careless

I am writing to as I am extremely irritated and irate by the level of unprofessional, carelessness not to mention recklessness of your employees have displayed yesterday (24-02-16), when delivering my parcel. I did not receive a call to confirm that they are at the gate/ have arrived! I was at home whole day I was enraged when I received my parcel from a neighbour and not them. Are these the terms and conditions of RAM hand couriers, to hand deliver to the next stranger they see down the street??!! I RECEIVED MY PARCEL OPENED AND TEMPERED WITH, I appreciate all impairment caused by your company as I will no-longer be using your services. You seem to forget that you have competitors and you are slipping in your competitive advantage.
