Unprofessional
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for over 7 days now, on the tracking website it says failed delivery attempts yet I received no call, no notification or email about a delivery. Yesterday I was informed by one of the employees that may package would be delivered today as I explained I need it urgent and yet the package is still at the dispatch hub. The WhatsApp is useless, no answers calls or emails which is extremely frustrating.
I would like my package delivered today!
