Unpleasant experience with RAM driver

I had a very unpressed experience with a driver just a few minutes ago, he was getting lost and as I tried directing him over the phone he was very aggressive and kept on threatening that he would leave the area. He was shouting the entire time. I am assuming he left because he is still not here
