I am absolutley livid. My cell phones set for delivery on the 2019-03-04 09:36:34 AM OUT FOR DELIVERY IN Cape Town. The delivery gentlemen came to our reception area and didnt even wait 5 minutes after the receptionist email me for the proof adress. I chatted to a consultant online and they advised that it was not delivered because i wasnt available to accept the parcel. Today K ********** 2019-03-05 07:30:18 AM (Outgoing SMS) - Consignment has been dispatched for delivery attempt AND an sms was sent to what number ? ***? because I didnt recieve an sms and ontop of that 2019-03-05 03:54:40 PM when I was standing at reception waiting and the your dleivery officer didnt pitch to our reception. Yes i asked to be called before delivery however if the client is not available to speak they just do not come to the adress? Do they sit outside? okay !

If ever I was called and I didnt answer I would understand. If I recieved an email to confirm dispatch or an sms I would understand that I couldnt respond and thus how would they be available to confirm delivery but do not lie and say it was done and then there was no contact made.

Do not confirm delivery attempt when the peron appeared at my reception area once. One would think you would atleast get into the lift and come to the floor where it should be delivered right?

I would rather stand in line in a busy mall and wait for my phone than to have phones sent my preffered adress by a company that thinks its proffesional to play fatch with their clients.

Please, make sure my phones are delivered and your delivery officer gives the correct feedabck. With holding good that is not yours is never a good thing :) Regards Alison Manuel
