Unhelpful service

After missing delivery on Monday for my Vodacom handset to be delivered due to a meeting i told the driver that I will be available later that dat en the whole next day. After calling as instructed by sms 4x already still no call back with when it will be dispatched for delivery we are going on to day 3 already. Are the staff properly trained the because it seems that every time you log a call it just get put on the next person that does not get back to you
