Unhelpful, expensive lesson.

Sent a TV with ram, arrived destroyed. My package had been stepped on or something heavy was placed on it. Ram retaped the box as if they had opened it. No refund on my item. Isn't the first time I've sent a TV but it's the first time my package was mishandled so badly that the box is warped. TV is classified as a electronic appliance not furniture.
