Unhappy with service

I had a horrible experience with your drivers/delivery people today. They undermined me and my house...Their tone and facial expression was rather scary...I am afraid to be specific coz i dont know if they might get mad when they hear i have complained and come back at me in my house. All i ask is for you guys not to send people that are disrepectful and scary to our homes.

We open our yards because we trust you guys, your delivery people should not make rude comments about us and our homes. Another thing i would like to mention is that please when your drivers say "no one was available for delivery" please find a system that will validate that indeed they did go , got out of the car, nocked at the door or gate...When its raining , they don't get out of the car to nock on the door or gate, they stay in the car and simply put on your system that they came while they simply stayed inside the car without even hooting...

and i will say this again , take this as your feed back as management and teach your people to treat everyone the same regardless of their age, gender and race, and do not read my comment to your delivery people, they are scary , not friendly at all.
