Unhappy Customer

What a day. So early this morning I phoned Ram to tell them that I will not be home between 11 and 12 for my parcel and if they can deliver before 11 or after 12. The lady i spoke to said no problem she called the driver and confirmed my address. Even made a note on my tracking 10 to 4 I get a call from Head Office saying the courier phoned me and something wrong with my address. And then the phone died. I didn't get any call during the day from someone my Husband was home the whole day and me only the times I said I was not available but after that I was home. So my parcel was not delivered. I phoned Ram at 15:55 being on the phone for 23min holding listening to music etc I even sent a online chat and still no response and then on my Tracking they post this 15:43 RAMMobile NonDelivery - . 16:00 UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable Home - Contact Not Available. Nobody phoned me and I do know where I stay. My address on the Parcel is correct and the address with the ,ail I got from Ram. So I think the person that was suppose to deliver it was not in the mood to do his job.
