UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I have been waiting for my order from RAIN since the 3rd of July. I received a call on the 4th of July from the delivery guy to deliver, but I told him I was not around, if he could please come back on Monday, as I assumed it should be delivered during week days. I sent numerous emails on seeing that the days were passing by albeit when tracking my order it always showed that it was out for delivery to my address. I got a response with a reference to say that my query is being handled by Thembile Mthetwa (as attached), but to this day, no one has called me to assure me that my query is being handled. The last communication I got was on the 9th of July, which confirmed that my order was being returned to Rain (In my understanding) as per attached screenshot. When I have ordered something online, I would normally get a call from the delivery guy to say, “I am at the gate, please come collect your order” but I have not received any call from RAM since that one Saturday call, I even tried calling the number back at some point to no success. I am truly frustrated as I do not know what else to do from now on, and I have paid for my sim card.
