Unhappy customer

I was suppose to receive my parcel from Ram on the 10th of December 2024and i was not at home that day, the driver that was sent delivered my parcel to the wrong house ask and when they called me i advised that i was not at home and they should fetch my parcel because they left it to a wrong address. The driver advised they fetched the parcel and a second delivery attempt will be made after 3 days but till this day i haven’t received my parcel or any communication from Ram couriers
