UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I was expecting a delivery today, I made the necessary queries, I had to make sure that I stayed at home to accept delivery
There was no feedback from them even though I sent emails requesting a change of address to my work, but no reply and I chatted online but they could not give me any details as to the ETA
Because of my WORK I have to be on the road all the time but I had to stay at home
So today was a wasted day for me and it seems like its going to be another wasted day tomorrow if delivery does not come through today
This is really ridiculous and I was told by the person who shipped me my package that it would be delivered on Thursday!
The last time I was expecting a delivery from RAM Couriers I waited the entire day only to get delivery after 6pm!
Really unhappy with the service!

I just wanna make sure that my parcel is delivered early tomorrow so that I can plan my work day because I don't wanna have to wait for too long for it to be delivered as I had things planned for today but I had to wait at home and now I pushed it for tomorrow so I have to be out on the road

Please if possible can you mark it for first delivery ????

The parcel seems to be out for delivery today, for the first time since it was received by the delivering branch.
Would you rather prefer for the courier to contact you prior to delivery so that they can meet you at the delivery address?
