Unhappy client - Useless Couriers

My parcel arrived on the 5th in Cape Town. I phoned same day, struggled to speak to an agent. Email was sent, ticket was closed without being attended to - no solution/ answer received. Emailed 3 more times, nothing!! Phoned 4 times on 8th, 2nd time I was put on hold for 20min!! Contacted storage rooms - someone will LOOK FOR PARCEL. Was contacted back 2hrs later, they cant find my parcel!!! How is that possible, the tracking sms on my phone says arrived in Cape Town @ 01h23 on 05/06/2020!!! How can it be Not there? Did someone ***** it??? Will someone call me if its "found"?
