Unhappy client

I send parcel via Ram courier and vehicle was hijacked and they said is my own risk they don't want to replace my parcel they told me about terms and condition and that is my own risk can you please tell me is it fair to take my parcel and not delivered and tell me not their problem,my son received the msg that said delivered and when he call they told him the vehicle is being hijacked,they never call or notify me until I call them . terms and conditions it never stated about hijacked I felt being ****** because there was no communication with me after not delivered I am the one who was spending my money again to make the follow ups thee service is not good at all I spend R8000 in that laptop so my money went down the drain and also paid for nothing iam very sad about this matter now my son is suffering at University he doesn't have laptop.my concerned is they don't care about client's parcels.it was lost in their property what if is an inside job
