Unhappy Client

Ram promise delivery last week Thursday, called at 16:45 promise that the courier is late and will still deliver. No delivery, long weekend received text again yesterday fir delivery I phoned them and again she promised delivery with hart and Saul but did not deliver. Today I called in the morning and now again promise this morning today after 20 minutes on phone waiting for their feedback they put the phone down….Bad, unprofessional, client service, Vodacom please cancel your agreement with RAM as they are costing you clients.
