unhappy

i received an sms from RAM company that my parcel is on its way for delivery(time of sms 09:48) and around 13:58 i received a call form *** and the guy asked where was i, and i informed him that i was at Rustenburg waterfall mall and i asked if it was possible that we can meet at my local of that time and he give me a no answer furthermore he informed me that if i don't call him before 15h00 i should forget about my deliver today. At 14:10 i called him back so that we can meet,to my surprise a female voice answered my call and she handed over the phone to the guy and i informed the guy that i was at my office he can come and drop off my sim card since am in need of it to write my Exam tomorrow morning around 10:00,he told me that i have to wait till tomorrow for it. 16:44 i called to check if he was done with his other deliveries he told me that he is at Safari turn and he hanged up the phone without me completing our conversation. I feel disrespected and violated by him.My parcel Ref number is RAIN 04-***9.
