********* business practices by ram hand to hand couriers

Absolutely disappointed with the service provided by ram couriers. I do not understand why companies still do business with them. They were supposed to deliver an order from Avon to me and according to Ram the order was delivered, however i never received my package. I've spoken to 6 different customer care agents and none of them could give me the information needed. When I requested proof that it was delivered and the receipt to see who signed for the package I was told that they cannot give me that until they know where the package went. So when I insisted I needed that slip I was told that they will get back to me. I will now be taking legal assistance to get my package from them or the monetary value of the package.
