UNDELIVERED PARCEL FOR 2 DAYS

I have been waiting for my parcel since yesterday. I was called in the morning and was told that the parcel would be delivered by end of business day. and today is a new day and the is no one calling me to advise on this parcel and their system was last updated yesterday ;on the parcel and accounting to it its out on deliver. I have called the call centre I have wrote to them on their website but nothing seems to work. This company is useless I tell you and i regret using it. Can somenone cable please help me as my parcel is needed urgently
