UNDELIVERED PARCEL BY RAM COURIER AND THEIR STINKING SERVICE

Once again I had a bad experience with RAM Courier, for the third or fourth time this time. Not even once have I ever received a good service from this courier. I expected a delivery from them on Friday already but it never happened. They are good with stories but they never have a better solution or a backup plan for any situation. For a company that gets so many bad reviews they should work on fixing their shortfalls but no, nothing of that sort. Their delivery guy called me on Friday asking me to meet him at a local police station to get my parcel. I declined telling him I live far from the police station, I am a person with a disability and I'm on a wheelchair so I have to make prior arrangements before leaving home because I don't make use of public transport and I also do not have own car. I live with 2 minor children whom I cannot send to sign on my behalf. All other couriers make arrangements and always deliver to me at home but not RAM. I am still sitting here without my parcel. When I track my delivery on their tracking site the status is: "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Incorrect Address - Change of Address requested by receiver". In the past years I even emailed a formal complaint to them, but still nothing changed. I am actually very sick of this courier and their bad service.
