Undelivered parcel and no calls
I'm waiting for my parcel from vodacom and when I track my parcel at RAM they say they were unable to deliver on the 2nd and 3rd of June,yet I was at home the whole day and I don't even have a missed call from them,what's even worse is the fact that I have been contacting them the whole day today and even gave them 2 alternative numbers,I'm so disappointed by this service ... why are they blaming me for their inabilty to deliver my parcel?

06 Jun 2022, 12:30Hi,no,I was in contact with your office and they even contacted me at 13h30 on Friday to say that the driver is 1 hour away with my delivery,I was in contact with vodacom as well.i was in the house both days so they would have been able to deliver the parcel even with the incorrect contact number
