Uncontactable

Yesterday I missed a call from RAM whilst in a meeting. They subsequently marked my order as undeliverable. I tried phoning them several times but their phone just rings. I logged a ticket which Shahnaaz Satobridg just closed without resolving. This morning I get a sms that my order will be cancelled if I don’t get hold of them. HOW? I still can’t get through. Terrible service!
