Unbelievably poor service. Avoid at all costs.
Unbelievably poor service and terrible communication. I paid for a parcel to be collected in Villiersdorp and delivered to Cape Town (1H30Min away). Its been 5 days now, when I track my parcel it simply says "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Documents Missing - All". I have spent hours on hold to their call centers, sent countless emails and still have no clue what is going on with my parcel. When I do actually manage to get hold of somebody in the call center they are clueless and do not are that my entire future depends on these documents. If you look at their Facebook page you will see I am not alone in this issue. Avoid at all costs.

Please note the parcel was delivered overnight to DHL hub in Cape Town as you arranged and upon delivery the parcel was rejected my DHL citing that there are missing documentation and DHL waybill number that needs to be crated for us to be able to deliver the order. We have queried the parcel with DHL as it was a long weekend to get clarity of what is needed from your side and we will make contact once all has been resolved.
