Unbelievably pathetic service.

Ordered a phone with FNB and the courier they chose to use was RAM. What a disappointment. After many many many calls yesterday and today I feel like canceling the order I placed with FNB. RAM was suppose to deliver yesterday and I called to confirm they are still coming probably 6 times or more. The last call the person at the call center confirmed they can't get hold of the driver but he is in my area and should be here soon. He never showed up and his feedback on their system is that he tried calling me and was not successful and therefore didn't deliver. First of all he didn't send me as much as a please call me. NOTHING! I asked RAM to provide me with the drivers number and they did not want to. Today they told me the parcel is now laying in the CPT warehouse. I can't understand why they would have left it there EVEN IF the case was that I didn't answer yesterday. It just doesn't make sense. I don't mind the driver lying, maybe he was too busy yesterday and didn't make it to all his turn, I'm fine with that BUT atleast make sure the parcel is delivered today if you know it was your fault. Why leave it was the warehouse.I called more than 10 times today alone. I've asked them to provide me with the CPT depot's number and both numbers I was given was incorrect. I was still calm and patiently waiting today until I read all the bad reviews on this company and saw that this is actually what they do ALL THE TIME. I have used many many courier companies before and yes they have made mistakes but they have always come with a solution and resolved it speedily. I would never use RAM Couriers or allow another company to send a parcel to with with them.
