Unbelievably bad service.

Tried to get a small package couriered from PTA to DBN with next day service. Tried to use RAM website, the website booking request does not work and gives java errors. Called the service agents and ended up paying a lot more for the same request. They then changed my service to 48-72 without explaing this to me. Several emails, calls from my mobile and I still cannot get a firm answer as to when my parcel will be delievered. In less 24h I will no longer be in my current location at which point if I still do not have my package they will need to courier it back to PTA from where they collected it. I will NEVER ever use RAM again!!!!
