Unbelievable arrogance from RAM courier

The courier guy gets to my place with my parcel and requested that I provide him my ID and proof of residence. I tell him let me go inside my house to get it he refuses to say he has many deliveries. He leaves and I get a message from RAM to say that they could not find me. ???.ha,
