Unacepptable service

I work for Tim du Toit Attorneys in Cape Town and we have a business account with Ram hand to hand couriers. We requested collection of legal documents on 29/05/2020 and after a few days of waiting the documents never arrived. We have called the customer care line numerous times and were told everytime they someone would call is back regarding feedback of the where abouts of the parcel in question. Till this day we have gotten no response or feedback from anyone at his company. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional of your company.
