Unacceptable treatment
I had a Cell C parcel that was due for delivery on Friday 18 Feb 2022. It was a 3rd party delivery, to be delivered to my father's adress, as I am working. However, I was home early on the 18th and the driver called to deliver. I arrived at the adress, along with my father who was out for a few moments, only to be told by the driver, Richard Sibanyoni, that he can not hand over the parcel to me, as this was not my home adres. I was standing infront of the driver, with my ID, as well as my father, who was arranged to sign for the parcel, but still he refused. He was rude and unprofessional. The driver left, having told his superior that I had no access to the premises and the owner of the property was not home. This was a lie. Today, Monday 21 Feb 2022 the parcel was delivered to my work, only left at the reception. Not confirming if I was here of asking me to sign for it. How can this be allowed ? I was standing infront of the driver, who refused to give the parcel over, but today the parcel can just be dropped off at reception ? This is unacceptable. I require an apology from the driver as well as from Ram Couriers. This is unacceptable.

We were trying to establish if you did request to have the parcel delivered at a different address; incase it is the reason for any of the delays.
