Unacceptable service PATHETIC!!!

Paid for a quick delivery which is 3 business days. Normally they sms to say parcel is out for delivery, I got no SMS from them, they then called when at my premises , I was in a meeting as not expecting delivery as I received no sms, when I called back driver did not answer I called call centre 4 times same day they promised my parcel will be delivered today. Sitting home today expecting my parcel still nothing called call center again and told my parcel is at the warehouse and not out for delivery What pathetic service is this, I get charged to receive my parcel in a specific. Period but still don't have it and consultants lie saying it will be delivered but it is sitting in the warehouse !!!! THIS IA UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE and I'm still waiting for the consultant to call me back !!!!!
