Unacceptable Service

Unacceptable service! My package was meant to be delivered a week ago but a driver by the name Joseph took the decision to call me at the gate, tell me to hurry and when i pitched 3 minutes later, he tells me I'm wasting his time and drives off without giving me my product. It's been a week later and my package is still supposedly being sent to me daily but goes unsuccessful on the tracking site without any communication of reason.

For a package that's already been paid for and a necessity at that present moment, i expect better service. I still haven't received my package!
