unacceptable service

unacceptable service ever.Parcel was out for delivery yesterday the 06th December between 9 am to 5 pm. Vodacom submitted incorrect address but the courier company took a whole day to call me for the correct address which was promise to be done today the 07th December.they now call me to say it cant be done today. i can come thru to collect which means i must use my petrol for something i never mess up or i can wait for Monday for it to be delivered.worst service i received .i work at a call centre no matter what customer comes first.shocking service.vodacom please change your delivery company.
