Unacceptable service

I ordered products from Dermalogica on 5 March and paid R200 for next day delivery with Ram couriers. I received a notification that my package would be delivered before 5 pm. The morning of (around 8 am) I received an sms stating my package is out for delivery.... nothing all day. Now when I tried tracking my package on their website, it was logged at 7 pm that I was unavailable and the delivery unsuccessful. Firstly, all courier companies call - you did not call me. I was home ALL day. Ridiculous service. All your reviews suck. Now it becomes my problem to call you and speed up delivery that should have been done today.
