Unacceptable service.
I have waited all day for my deleivery. I have called twice and was told it would be here today. I now see that it says no one home for deleivery. Iv been here all day and not one phone call. I need this parcel as its a christmas gift and i wont be at rhe delivery address now tomorrow . Unacceptable service. How am i now ment to be at home fpr this deleivery when iv waited all day.
