Unacceptable Conduct

I was suppose to receive my delivery for my order on the 6th of September from Cape Town but the delivery man went to a wrong address for my delivery and that they phoned but they couldn't reach me according to them whereas I didn't receive any call from them.I phoned them several times to trying trace my parcel they said they are going to deliver my parcel the following day but they didn't. I called again that's when they said they are not going to deliver I must go and fetch it for myself in their Branch I told them that I am not going to fetch it they are going to deliver because they went to a wrong address last time okay. Then they managed to deliver but they only delivered one package of parcel instead of two so today I decided to call Cape Town and ask about my other order apparently the order was despatched to me but Ram Couriers still saying the same thing that they went to deliver my parcel and the was no one in the house and they couldn't get hold of me so they have despatched my parcel back without consulting me to hear if I will say yes or no. I'm so upset with the way they have treated me. Thank you. I'm looking forward to your response
