Unable to rate lower than 1 star unfortunately

Is there a rating lower than 1 star? Ram has delayed my package three times so far, now delayed it a fourth time despite repeated phone calls, emails and promises from their side. Their call centre is absolutely useless as well. If you really want a package delivered, I suggest you buy a bicycle and do it yourself rather than use Ram, even if you are paraplegic.
