Unable to call to confirm and them say they did!!!

I did a online upgrade at Vodacom, received my order number. When I called RAM on day 1 they said some information is missing on address. I use the same business address for ALL my delivery and RAM delivered in the past week on same address. Spoke to RAM and Vodacom on day 2 twice, Vodacom assured me that they are sending the confirmation of address to RAM. Apparently RAM indicate that they called me, NOBODY OF RAM called my cell number NOR SPOKE TO ME. I made all the calls to them and still they did not update the address, which they used on previous occasions. Called day 3 today, RAM send parcel back with return no PUD ***. <br> <br> Just another day in a SA with terrible service of they say - we say ... Thank you RAM for not taking the time to contact me ... THERE IS ONLY 1 VEALE STREET IN PRETORIA ... really just check and you used same address before. It is shocking that someone actually said they called me - please check your records. I spoke to numerous people re. the order BUT RAM NEVER CALLED ME TO CONFIRM ... if only you did - you would not be ready this!
