Un educated drivers

Ram came to my home to deliver my parcel and my wife handed the driver with my docs and he says my statement is for july and refuse to hand my parcel to my wife and had and attitude with my wife she called me I had to leave my work came home and he addresses me like this hey baba your statement is old I got angry and told him *** and i did not check the statement the statement is valid for this month the ****** did not check that start date of my statement shows july that is when I opened the account. How come RAM hires ******'s to do they deliveries they cant even read a statement and these driver's cant even address clients appropriately what *** service and attitude please I hope this RAM sorts they **** out I hope this matter dont fall on deaf ears if they management dont call me to apologize I will report on hello peter again with the outcome of they *** service
